Nothing too much trouble, overall it’s well-organized place with amicable staff at reception desk. This place is in a marvellous and beautiful location next to the ocean.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We ate in the really nice restaurant with an OK choice of bars and restaurants which was reasonably priced. The location was marvellous and the room was luxurious...

Nothing all good.

It's a gorgeous small hotel nestled in a sophisticated style building. Stunning and awesome location as its and close enough to a beautiful beach which is also clean enough. A beachside restaurant serves gorgeous food.

There's stain in some areas.

The venue's position was central. You could walk to a market and convenience stores.

The location is perfect, right by the beach and surrounded by a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops. The room was beautifully designed with a wooden style and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile. We enjoyed the pool, especially the fact that there was a separate pool for adults only. The beach area was small but lovely, and we had fun snorkeling and kayaking. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

This hotel is perfect for families with young children. We would definitely recommend it!

The property was sophisticated with fairly friendly staff at reception desk, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The room was brand-new and well furnished, had a magnificent view of the sun. I had a very comfy bed, an electric kettle and refrigerators. Its location was particularly good on Koh Chang in a nice tropical garden.

Couldn't stay longer!

Everything was great, so were good views to a sea view bungalow which was extremely comfortable. The room was big size, it had slippers and shower facilities.

Booked a room with a swimming pool. Everything was just great. Breakfast, contrary to the reviews, is varied, nourishing.

The only downside is the lack of a beach. If there was also a beach..

Very quiet, birds sing, a clean, chlorinated pool. Near the shopping street: massage, cafes all near

beach is rocky and sea is not the cleanest (nails down algae)

Mountain view was nice and the location was marvellous and lovely, close enough to entertainment options, private garden, and the other Pier.

The bed was pretty firm.

We had a great weekend with a stunning sunset view and lovely swings. the private pool was the best aspect of our stay! the location was perfect, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. the cleaning service was outstanding, and the staff was very friendly.

Some towels needed replacing as they were too damaged. the wifi connection was poor, and the restaurant prices were quite expensive.

Rooms are already tired, many things require cosmetic repairs, bathrooms and plumbing repairs.

Beautiful hotel. I loved it. Cozy bungalows, nice pool. Everything is nearby (shops, cafes, tour operators, exchangers, ATMs, etc.)

Basically, I liked it.

The place is private, the staff are incredible and exceptional.

make sure you stay in the superior room with a huge bathtub, a very comfy huge bed, a " welcome back " note. amazing service and the food is fabulous.
